RARE – ORVIS BATTENKILL 3 1/2″TROUT FLY REEL – MADE BY J W YOUNG

In very good condition and in full working order, original full length un-filed foot, ventilated spool, waisted ebonite handle and a rear mounted check lever. I must confess I have only seen a handful of these J.W. Young's Beaudex trout fly reels bearing the Orvis Battenkill logo in over twenty or so years. Can be fished either left or right-hand wind retrieve.
